Name badges

Please collect your event name badge at registration and wear it during the whole event.

Special dietary requirements

For those who have informed us of their dietary requirements, special meals will be provided (if needed). Please speak to a member of the venue catering team on arrival for further information.

Covid-19

Please do not attend the event if you think you may have Covid-19 or are currently testing positive for Covid-19. You can buy Covid tests in local shops and pharmacies.

Visit the NHS webiste for advice and information on Covid-19 including testing, vaccination, staying at home and self-care and treatments.

Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue.

How to join online

All sessions will take place using Zoom webinar.

You will receive the Zoom links to the sessions by email at least two days before the conference. Please register for each session in advance, using the name you used to register for the event.

Please do not pass the Zoom links to a colleague. If you have a colleague who would like to attend the event they should register here.

Sessions will be interactive, and we encourage you to take part by asking questions via the Zoom webinar Q&A (question & answer) feature.

If you wish to make a comment or ask a question, open 'Reactions' or the 'Attendees list' and click 'Raise hand'. The host will then invite you to speak and will unmute your microphone. Please remember to 'Lower hand' once you have spoken or if you no longer wish to comment.

You can use Zoom's Chat function to communicate with the host and panellists.

We request that no recordings or screenshots of the conference are taken and shared on social media in order to respect the privacy of the participants.

Exhibitor information

Exhibitors will receive one table and two chairs. The table size is 70cm (w) x 120cm (l) x 70cm (h). Your exhibition space is approximately 3m x 2m.

We recommend for environmental and Covid-19 reasons, that paper materials, promotional giveaways, food items and displays which encourage physical interaction or excessive waste are avoided. Consider the use of digital tools such as QR codes, and other alternative means of capturing and sharing information.

­­Delivery of materials

Promotional material can be delivered to the venue from Wednesday 25 January.

All packages must be clearly labelled using the delivery label provided by the venue. Please note that both English UK and Leonardo Hotel do not accept liability in the event of items being undelivered, returned to sender, lost, misplaced or damaged in these circumstances.

Collection of materials

Please arrange for your courier to collect all items on Monday 30 January. All items must be clearly labelled with your organisation name.

Set-up and breakdown times are:
